halp? plz?

Okay I need some help.
I like my work, but I always think it could be better, nothing ever ends up as pretty or as nice as I want it to.
It doesnt help I have drawing-block or whatever you call it.

If anyone could give me some pointers, ideas of things to draw, etc, it would be much loved.

Especially with photoshop. I cant get linearts on there.
